Choosing My Zillionth Stroller

So I am now four months pregnant and it is all going very well! I have the great energy boost of the second trimester. I definitely find my body struggles more with every pregnancy but a singleton is much easier than my previous twins.

I am already showing and people remark on it! I am hanging out for the next scan although we are still undecided as to whether we should find out the sex or not. What do you think? We have found out every time which we have loved. We are wondering if it might be fun to try something new this time. We already have two boys and two girls so it really doesn’t matter. I do like to be organised though and a gender makes it so much easier to sort out their clothes, room and name. Plus some strollers have color options!!

Of course, I wasn’t going to be able to write too much before writing about strollers again. I have been going round and round in my head about what to buy. You would think that being a stroller expert would make things easier but I think it may have been easier when I had no clue! I am very much aware that every stroller has its pros and cons.

I am loving the idea of a stroller with a bassinet attachment, particularly one that is safe for the baby to sleep in overnight. That does narrow down my options. I also love the idea of a jogging stroller so I can go for runs when baby is older and all my other kids are at school. The problem is that I also love compact strollers and compact + jogging does not really exist.

I am currently strongly considering a Valco Baby Snap Ultra Stroller. I love that it’s lightweight, looks trendy, is reversible and has an optional bassinet which also looks great. And have you seen its canopy? Absolutely amazing coverage. However, I also like the idea of a stroller board at the back and this doesn’t give much room for actual walking.

I have promised hubby that I won’t buy anything until after the next scan, so I am still just day dreaming at the moment. I want to buy one soon though!
