Pros: Super lightweight Included cup holders Large canopies and basket
Cons: Trouble fitting through some doors Too easy to engage the brake

We get excited here at The Stroller Site when we see a super lightweight stroller that has all the features you’d except in an average weight stroller. This is exactly where the ZOE umbrella stroller delivers.

For all that is included, this stroller is absolutely fantastic value and should seriously be considered for parents that are sick of having to regularly unfold a large bulky double stroller.

We’ll discuss the best things about this stroller below, as well as other things you should consider if you’re planning on purchasing it.

Features of the ZOE Umbrella XL1 Double Stroller

  • Large canopy
  • Large storage basket
  • 3 child cup holders
  • Parent cup holder and pocket
  • 5 point harness

Specifications

  • Stroller weights 16 lbs
  • Weight limit of 50 lbs per seat
  • 135 degree seat recline
  • Available in a range of colors

Pros

The surprising thing about this stroller is that it is super lightweight. For all that it offers, it weights only 16 lbs which means that it is easily pushed with one hand.

The stroller includes a range of added extras such as cup holders for both parents and child, a child snack tray and padded belly bar for each seat. These are things we often have to purchase in addition to a stroller, and yet they’re standard on this super lightweight frame.

The stroller has a good weight limit of 50 lbs for each seat and can be easily recline to 135 degrees. There’s also a huge canopy overhead to protect your child from the sun, and a peekaboo window to keep watch.

It’s also one of the more trendy strollers. There’s loads of colors to choose from – and some of them very bright indeed! Check it out in the video below.

Cons

Although the stroller is lightweight it’s not necessarily compact – there can still be some issue getting through certain doorways but it’s nothing that a simple reshuffle can’t handle. This is normal for all doubles that aren’t tandems.

It’s also too easy to engage the brake bar, particularly when you’re lifting the stroller over certain parts of the path.

The straps can also be a little difficult to work out.

Summary – 4.5/5

Anything in life needs to be minimum effort for maximum return, and we believe this is the ZOE Umbrella XL1 double does best. This stroller is fantastic for it’s price with so many included extras such as the cup holders and bumper bar.

We love all the different colors and how smooth it is to push with one hand. Although it’s not perfect (and no stroller is), it’s such a lightweight double stroller that we’re willing to be forgiving. The weight makes it ideal to travel with and the perfect stroller for public transport.
